2、意思不同

當表示人或物體從低處往高處抬高、上升時。

（2）rise：指事物自身可以升高、上升，例句：He watched the smoke rise from his cigarette.他注視著煙霧從香煙上升起。

3、用法不同

（1）raise：在美式英語里表示薪水的增加用raise。

（2）rise：在英式和美式英語中都可以表示上升、升起或者（數量等的）增加，而在英式英語里，還可以表示薪水的增加。
