Most schools organize various sports activities such as football matches and races. However, there is a diversity of opinions regarding these events. Most teachers believe that participating in sports is beneficial for students' health and can decrease the risk of illness. A common saying that supports their view is "Life lies in motion." They also think that through these activities, students can foster a spirit of diligence and teamwork, leading to greater engagement in their academic pursuits.Conversely, the majority of students contend that these games are a misuse of time. They argue that if they spent the time studying instead of playing football, they would make significant progress in their lessons. Moreover, they feel exhausted after such activities, which negatively impacts their learning efficiency. In my view, sports activities should be encouraged. We can perhaps reduce the duration of these events to minimize their interference with academic schedules. Although one might feel tired after playing sports, learning to relax through activities like listening to music can help恢復 energy levels. Consequently, one can undoubtedly become rejuvenated. In summary, good health is fundamental to our ability to work effectively. Exercising is the key to maintaining fitness.
