微軟確認Xbox One S目前暫不支持4K直通，考慮未來增加？

微軟最新發布的輕薄新主機 Xbox One S 正熱銷，擁有比前代縮小 40% 的主機體積，內置電源，4K 視頻輸出和 HDR 支持等。另外據報道新主機還支持 4K 縮放游戲，而非原生 4K 游戲。不過很多用戶發現 Xbox One S 似乎并不支持 4K 直通(Pass-Through)，也就是主機無法直接將連接設備（HDMI-in）上的 4K 內容以原生 4K 分辨率的形式推至 4K 電視上，如 Amazon Fire TV 電視棒等，微軟近日確認了這一點。

　　對此微軟今日正式向外媒 winBeta 確認，Xbox One S 目前暫不支持 4K 直通(Pass-Through)功能，考慮將在 4K 推流更普及的未來，提供支持。

Xbox One S does not currently support 4K pass-through via HDMI-in. We will continue to explore making the changes needed for the hardware to support pass-through as 4K broadcasts become more widespread.
