若合同存在以下任何情形，將被判定為無效：contractsaresignedbyanindividualwithoutlegalcapacity.Thecontractdoesnotrepresentthetrueintentionsofthepartiesinvolved.Itbreachesmandatorylawsandregulations,iscontrarytopublicorderandmorals,orisintentionallydevisedtoinfringeuponanother'slegitimaterightsandinterestsbycolludingwithopposingparty.【法律依據】《民法典》第一百五十三條違反法律、行政法規的強制性規定的民事法律行為無效。但是，該強制性規定不導致該民事法律行為無效的除外。違背公序良俗的民事法律行為無效。
